Ethereum Releases First Version of Casper Upgrade

Recently, Danny Ryan, the developer of Casper, the Friendly Finality Gadget (FFG), declared a Casper v0.1 first release of the code on GitHub, conceding that v0.1.0 marks us all the more plainly tagging releases to help customers and outside auditors all the more effectively track the agreement and amendments.
