Q1. Hello Maxim, thank you for enjoying us. To start the conversation, can you explain to us in a few words, what is Sosnovkino?
Thank you for invitation. Sosnovkino is a land development project that gives the opportunity for everyone to feel the abnormal profits of the industry. The company is a modern investment project in construction industry based on blockchain technology.
Q2. What do you mean by Blockchain Vote Technology? How do you intend to change the construction industry?
An opportunity to vote on key managerial decisions is quite important for any project with many participants. Blockchain gives an absolute transparency in project management.
Every year in December there will be a general meeting of the tokenholders with the aid of blockchain technology. Decisions are made by majority of votes participating in the voting. The vote is considered successful only with 50% quorum.
During the blockchain vote the questions are raised in order to improve the project but not to infringe the interests of investors.
Q3. Can you tell us about $3,000,000 of tangible assets that the project already has?
Sosnovkino Foundation already owns a land area of 194 hectares with an estimated value of $3,000,000. It is quite important fact for an investor, because his money is secured by assets of the company. All the investments will be used to build an infrastructure on this land and increase its price. Market analysis is showing that the price of the land will be increased 6 times with new infrastructure. In case of project fail investor will be secured by the real asset, land.
Q4. What do you feel about the real estate industry? How can blockchain disrupt it?
I should not tell that blockchain will be used in the most of developed countries for real-estate deals registration, Sweden has already started. In case of land-development it will give an opportunity for a person from anywhere in the world. Land-development projects in some countries can be super-profitable but without any international capital. For example, Thailand legislation does not allow non-citizen to own the land, but the construction cost is 5-6 times less than selling price.
Real estate has always been one of the main part of the economy in every country. I do not think anything will change drastically in our century. Even in case of population reduction, the number of living quarters per person will increase due to overall welfare growth.
Anyway, blockchain has become the part of our life and classical ways in business will be accumulated to digital reality and blockchain, in particular.
Q5. Can you brief us about your core team?
Talking about myself, it is just one more project in land-development, I had several in Russia, Czech Republic and Thailand. Olga is our CFO and business analyst with experience in start-ups. Dmitriy is our CIO, who manages a IT team in the largest science-town in Russia.
Q6. Why are you doing an ICO?
This is not our first project and we know that land-development projects are very profitable with the right approach. So the most important factor is the right timing for investments. Well, it is time for us to use new technologies for investing. This project will combine the construction industry with the modern financial technology.
