But as Super Bowl is the talking point for the lovers, discussing every player's move and contemplating about wins and losses, US media revealed what NFL players like to talk about most.

Anyone might assume that NFL players might mostly talk about their sports but the reality is that these athletes talk about bitcoins and cryptocurrencies many times. An insider disclosed that professional players spend quite a lot of time discussing ups and downs of the cryptocurrency market in their locker rooms.
Richard Sherman who is the cornerback of the Seattle Seahawks revealed to the media in an interview to CNBC that NFL (National Football League) players one of the most celebrated sports professionals in the US love to talk about bitcoins and crypto-investments much like most of us.
“Especially the way bitcoin boomed from nothing to … $19,000 at one point, that really caught the eye of a lot of people,” Sherman told CNBC.
He further added
“Ever since then it has been a common conversation for a lot of us."
He revealed that everyone knows that there are tons of different coins, and all-time players discuss which will be the one is they should get and which might be a good investment opportunity. He mentioned “You read up, you hear great things about some, you hear terrible things about others, they fluctuate throughout the day. It is such an unpredictable market.”
It is noteworthy that investment opportunities like cryptocurrencies offer innovative financial solutions to sports starts to like them as they make a huge amount of money from the professional sports. However, most of they are versed with good investment possibilities that might secure their money for long-term. As Sherman explains
“A lot of them have just been trying their best to become more educated on not only cryptocurrencies but just stocks and trading in general. Because a lot of them have been taken advantage of by financial advisers. So people in my sport, in my field, are definitely becoming more educated and trying to be more intelligent with how they play for the money and understanding where their money is going.”
It seems that sports professionals across the globe are backing up the virtual currencies as they have proven to be lucrative. Not only sports stars but even common people have gained profits from investment, trading, and mining of cryptocurrencies. Many Athletes have recently signed as promoters or brand ambassadors for ICO projects, like soccer legend Leo Messi or Sherman himself. We recently saw Arsenal in English Premier League signing up to promote a new cryptocurrency.
Addressing the other players Sherman advised them about bitcoin trading. Sherman said: “It is difficult to try to advise anyone, but we definitely have a ton of conversations about it.”
